EEB and MB Graduate Student Organizations

General Information

We are interested in talking with people involved in the hiring process at organizations that are seeking employees with strong scientific backgrounds as well as current professionals with advanced degrees in the sciences.

This is primarily a professional development event, all interested parties are welcome to attend and participate, regardless of possible hiring opportunities that may be available in the near future.

 

Registration Instructions

We will have a table for each organization, promotional materials are welcome. Please indicate in the Comments box below if special arrangements need to be made (electricity, multiple tables, accessibility, etc.).
 
While the Career Fair section will be open from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, all registrants are welcome to attend any of the scheduled events throughout the day. There will be an optional social networking event afterwards.  
 
There is no fee for registration to the symposium. Parking on the KU campus may require a fee. Reimbursement for this fee may be available by request.

To ensure that each representative is provided with a name badge, please include the name and email for each additional attendee in the comments box. You will receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours with along with a short questionnaire regarding your company/organization.
