EEB and MB Graduate Student Organizations

Registration Deadline: Registration for SEARCH 2016 is CLOSED

Register to attend the SEARCH Symposium

Graduates students and post-docs who register to attend the symposium will be provided with free lunch and tickets to the social event in the afternoon. We can accommodate limited number of participants so we strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible. NOTE: Due to university regulations, we are unable to invite undergraduate students to the social, although undergraduates are welcome to register and attend the main event.

Stay tuned for future events

* No registration fee

Register to give a Fast Talk or present a Poster

Graduate students and post-docs are encouraged to submit an abstract for a Fast Talk or a poster highlighting their professional development experiences. Examples include previously held industry positions, course/module design, outreach, involvement in policy, leadership positions, unique fellowships/post doctoral positions etc. These can also be activities that have supplemented your research but are not necessarily an integral part of your dissertation (ex: developing a database). We hope that sharing these experiences will inspire others to diversify their skills and spark new professional development collaborations between students. Talks will be limited to 5-10 minutes (based on the number of applicants) and small posters printing will be reimbursed if additional funding is available.

Stay tuned for future events

* Note that participants should first register to attend

If you have any questions regarding registration, feel free to email us at, or fill out our contact form.
